Welcome to PB Laboratories. We know you feel passionately about your products, and we are just as passionate about ensuring you have reliable and accurate cannabis testing. Please follow the below steps to begin testing with PB Laboratories:

1.   Set up your TAGLEAF PBL CUSTOMER ACCOUNT – TagLeaf makes it easy to place orders, check the status of orders, and receive COAs. Please contact us and we will send you an email link to set up your portal. Click on TAGLEAF USER GUIDE if you need help setting up your account.

 

2.  Collect your sample – To get the best and most accurate results on your cannabis products, you should take care in collecting your samples for testing. Click From Dry to High: Essential Tips for Cannabis Care to learn more.

 

3.   Determine what tests are needed for your sample. Click here to see our test menu. If you are testing for state compliance, make sure you are ordering the correct tests. For full details, click here for NM CANNABIS DIVISION REGULATIONS.

 

4.  Place your order(s) in TagLeaf and create shipping manifest in BIOTRACK NMCCD CANNABIS TRACKING. Please note that your manifest and order must match exactly what you want to test. If the manifest does not match, we will reject the sample in accordance with state regulations.

 

5. Sample delivery to PBL (two options) - 

• Please deliver your samples to our Albuquerque lab. Our hours are M-F, 11AM - 3PM

• Contact us at 505.938.8019 to learn more about our complimentary sample pick-up   NOTE: If there is no order in TAGLEAF, we will conduct state required lab tests for your sample.

6.  Receive your COA - Once we have completed your testing you will receive your results directly in your customer portal. In addition, your COAs from previous testing will be stored there for easy access and review.

7.  Convenient online payments - Click ONLINE PAYMENT to settle your invoice with a credit card or bank ACH.
